2000 Ripken Vineyard Late Harvest Viognier
The central valley has a history of making great dessert wines. As with many things in life, history is repeating itself. Viognier has found the perfect place to make a vendge tardine (late harvest). There is plenty of hang time, high sugars and just a subtle hint of botrytis resulting in this stunning wine. We used four different types of 100% new French oak with medium plus to high toast during the aging process.

Golden yellow in color with an aroma of honeyed apricots and peaches lightly laced with cinnamon and vanilla. The truest expression of Viognier. Enjoy as an Aperitif or as a dessert on its own.
