Straw yellow in color with aromas of honeyed apricots, creamy peaches and subtle hints of grapefruit. This wine is exotic, decadently rich, full-bodied and oozing with flavors which coat the palate. There really is nothing more seductive than a Viognier. A perfect match for seafood and grilled fowl. A touch of Condrieu, a touch of California and a touch of JC Cellars. Enjoy!

This impressive Rhone Ranger blend is made in limited quantity. The pale colored 2000 Rodney's Vineyard Viognier is a delicate restrained effort with medium body and stylish, polite flavors (unusual for this extroverted/exotic-flavored varietal). Consume it over the next year.
