Tasting Notes:	Honey with a hint of beeswax initially greets you. A touch of Noble Rot intensifies the fruit characteristics, peaches, apricots, cinnamon baked apple explode from the glass. Decadently rich, yet light nectar captures your heart on your first sip.
Comments:	The easterly breezes wick up moisture from the Delta which laces the grapes with Botrytis cinerea, extracting the water content from the fruit and intensifying the flavors, until what is left is shriveled, furry raisins. This ugly fruit is transformed into richly opulent nectar that makes you feel simply regal.
