Bing cherry and wild strawberry are the focus of the Stagecoach Vineyard rosé. A refreshingly vibrant rosé, which is lush and round yet maintains an edgy mineral core with hints of herbs de Provence.

| Comments: |
JC Cellars' rosés incorporate the traditional "saignée" technique, in which 20% of the juice is bled off after being in contact with the must for a 12 hour period to achieve a bright pink color. The pink juice is then fermented separately at cool temperatures in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel barrels.
