PETITE SYRAH
Petite Syrah makes dark, almost ink-colored wines. It has been used for blending with Zinfandel, Syrah and other varietals for many years to provide color and structure. But when bottled on its own, Petite Syrah can produce a wine so intense and rich, one must have either the proper food to match up or a strong heart.
VIOGNIER
One of the most aromatic and decadent white wines there is. Loaded with peaches, apricots and hints of tropical fruits wrapped in a honeysuckle blanket. Found primarily in the Northern Rhône area of France, this wine has become more popular along the central California coast in recent years. While this grape is used mostly for dry wines, it truly becomes explosive when Mother Nature behaves and late harvest wines are produced.
