2000 Rodney's Viognier
"Cool Pacific breezes bathe the vines with the elements that create great wines -- cool evenings and warm days along with a long hang time. Sloping vineyards with alluvial soil, and a trellis system that stresses vertical training and sun exposure." -Jeff Cohn Tasting Notes Straw yellow in color with aromas of honeyed apricots, creamy peaches and subtle hints of grapefruit. This wine is exotic, decadently rich, full-bodied and oozing with flavors which coat the palate. There really is nothing more seductive than a Viognier. A perfect match for seafood and grilled fowl.
